Kaiser Permanente celebrates doctors and nurse practitioners recognized for medical excellence.
Kaiser Permanente in Washington proudly congratulates its more than 100 clinicians recognized in this year’s regional “Top Doctors” lists. These annual lists are featured in Seattle magazine and Seattle Met magazine and highlight doctors and nurse practitioners from specialties such as oncology, pediatrics, family medicine, cardiology, emergency care, and infectious disease.
Top Doc status is awarded through a peer-nominated or publication process, acknowledging the passion, expertise, and commitment these clinicians bring to patient care. Each recognized Kaiser Permanente doctor and nurse practitioner is supported by a dedicated team of nurses, medical assistants, pharmacists, technicians, and specialists — all digitally connected to ensure comprehensive patient care. More than 400 Kaiser Permanente clinicians in Washington state have received this honor — many multiple times — since 2011.
“Our exceptional doctors and care teams work to provide our members with a great patient experience, high-quality care, and convenient access to the care they need — when, where, and how our members need it,” said Linda Tolbert, MD, CEO and executive medical director of the Washington Permanente Medical Group. “We congratulate our more than 100 Kaiser Permanente clinicians who have been honored as Top Docs and Top Nurse Practitioners this year and thank them for their continuous efforts to provide compassionate and patient-centered care.”
“Seeing so many of our clinicians recognized as Top Docs and Top Nurse Practitioners highlights the dedication and excellence of our doctors and clinical teams,” said Michael Vaughan, MD, executive medical director of operations at Washington Permanente Medical Group. “It shows how committed our doctors and nurse practitioners are to the health and well-being of their patients across the state.”
