Kaiser Permanente among Colorado Springs’ Top Doctors
Colorado Springs Magazine listed 5 Kaiser Permanente doctors as Top Doctors. Each was in the top 10% of vote-getters for their specialty.

Colorado Springs Magazine named 5 Kaiser Permanente physicians in its 2025 Top Doctors list. The magazine published the list in July.
The awardees include:
- Paolo Bahr, DO, family medicine
- Jamie Baker, MD, internal medicine
- Amanda Banas, DO, internal medicine
- Lauren Bianchi, MD, internal medicine
- Jena Reichelt, MD, family medicine
The magazine partners with the El Paso County Medical Society to create its list of the Top Doctors in the region.
The magazine invites doctors to nominate peers via a survey. The survey asks participants to vote for doctors who they would respect and trust with their own family’s care. The top 10% of vote-getters in each medical specialty are awarded the title of Top Doctor.
To make the list more inclusive, Colorado Springs Magazine’s Top Doctors survey was open for the first time to all licensed physicians in the region.

“Many of the best doctors in the state and the country choose Kaiser Permanente because they can work collaboratively to put the patient at the center of care,” said Dr. Krawcek. “We attract some of the best talent from top training programs, and many physicians choose to stay with us for decades.”
Mike Ramseier, regional president of Kaiser Permanente in Colorado, said it was no surprise to see Kaiser Permanente doctors on the list.
“Kaiser Permanente has provided high-quality, affordable care and coverage to Southern Colorado for more than a decade,” said Ramseier. “We’re happy to see that care recognized. We look forward to caring for Southern Coloradans for generations to come.”
