Final beams placed at Parker Medical Offices

The final steel beams for the new Kaiser Permanente Parker Medical Offices in Colorado were placed on August 16, 2024.

One beam carried personal touches from employees and physicians who will work at the new medical offices.

Kaiser Permanente has completed the steel skeleton of our new Kaiser Permanente Parker Medical Offices with some personal touches from employees and physicians.

As a part of celebrating this construction milestone, employees and physicians of the current Parker medical offices signed stickers and penned well-wishes for the new building.

Those stickers were placed on one of the final steel beams for the new structure. That beam was installed on August 16, 2024, above the future pharmacy area.

Construction continues at a quick pace. Kaiser Permanente leaders and community leaders held a groundbreaking ceremony in July 2024. The building is projected to open in the second half of 2025.

The new stand-alone Kaiser Permanente Parker Medical Offices at 12249 Pine Bluffs Way in Parker, Colorado, will be roughly 30% larger than the previously leased location.

The 22,500-square-foot offices will expand operations to meet the growing population of the Parker community. The building will also enhance health care experiences for our members and patients with a design that further optimizes Kaiser Permanente’s integrated care model and one-stop access to many medical services.

Services available at the new Parker Medical Offices will include:

  • Primary care
  • Pharmacy
  • Laboratory
  • Imaging

The new Kaiser Permanente Parker Medical Offices will offer several enhanced features for patients, medical providers, and staff, including:

  • 20 exam rooms, compared with 12 in the existing facility
  • State-of-the-art technology
  • Floor plan designed for more effective and efficient clinical staff interactions

As with other Kaiser Permanente facilities, the Parker Medical Offices will feature local art.

In addition to brand-new facilities being built in Parker, Pueblo, and Lakewood, Kaiser Permanente is investing in 8 of our facilities along the Front Range with state-of-the-art brick-and-mortar improvements. These improvements will help enhance the health care experience for our members and patients. Plans also include extensive renovations to some of Kaiser Permanente’s largest medical offices in Colorado.
