Breaking ground on bigger, better offices in Parker

The new Kaiser Permanente Parker Medical Offices in Colorado, which are designed to enhance patient experience, are projected to open in 2025.

Kaiser Permanente broke ground on its new Parker Medical Offices. The 22,400-square-foot offices are scheduled to expand operations to meet the growing pace of the Parker community in Colorado. The building will also enhance the patient experience with a design geared toward integrated and seamless access to many medical services.

Construction is ramping up in 2024, with a projected opening in the second half of 2025.

The new, stand-alone Kaiser Permanente Parker Medical Offices at 12249 Pine Bluffs Way is scheduled to be roughly 30% larger than the previous leased location. The extra room is needed. Since 2020, more than 2,500 additional Kaiser Permanente members have made the Parker Medical Offices their primary care home-base.
