We’ve reached a critical point in national bargaining with the Alliance of Health Care Unions.
Alliance-represented employees have gone more than 2 months without a national agreement — despite Kaiser Permanente presenting a very strong offer, with a historic 21.5% wage increase over 4 years and generous enhancements to benefits, retirement, and career development.
