Where we are, and ways forward
Although national bargaining remains paused, we’ve made progress in local bargaining and will continue.

- The incident involving UNAC/UCHP (United Nurses Associations of California/Union of Health Care Professionals) on December 14 and why Kaiser Permanente paused national bargaining
- Disturbing actions by UNAC/UHCP that violate the spirit of the Labor Management Partnership, including a concerning "strike survival guide" flyer and UNAC/UHCP text message with employee guidance that would risk patient safety
