New online tool provides Alliance-represented employees a personalized estimate of how Kaiser Permanente’s proposal could affect their pay.

Negotiations with the Alliance of Health Care Unions continued last week, October 28 and 29 — marking the ninth national bargaining session since talks began in May. Local bargaining also continued, building on more than 900 sessions held over the past 6 months.
At a time when many Americans are facing economic uncertainty and job growth is slowing nationwide, we remain committed to recognizing your invaluable contributions. That’s why we’ve put forward a strong wage proposal: a 21.5% increase over the next 4 years, with 16% of that coming in the first 2 years. When you factor in step increases and local adjustments on top of these guaranteed across-the-board wage increases, the total average increase we’re offering is approximately 30% over 4 years.

Then, we ask you to speak with your union representatives and urge them to accept this strong offer.
Kaiser Permanente and the Alliance are back at bargaining this week, November 4 and 5. Additional updates on our progress, including any additional bargaining dates, will be shared later this week.
