Important progress made in Alliance local bargaining
UNAC/UHCP accepts our 21.5% across-the-board wage offer as local bargaining is proving to be a productive path forward.
This week UNAC/UHCP accepted our offer of 21.5% across-the-board wage increases and called off its open-ended strike. Of the 53 local tables, only 8 tables have yet to reach agreement on purely local bargaining topics. We’re continuing to meet and negotiate with each local union over the remaining open issues.

This has been a difficult journey for everyone. But with recent progress, we believe we can reach agreements soon.
