Delivering value-based care that reaches further

In 2025, Kaiser Permanente continued to deliver high-quality, affordable, value-based care while improving the health of the communities we serve. Across the organization, we focused on what matters most to patients and members: better outcomes, easier access, and more connected care. Our integrated model helped drive strong performance in quality ratings, cancer care, mental health care, digital access, and equitable health outcomes — while our care teams, employees, and physicians continued to put people first every day.

We also expanded our impact beyond traditional care delivery. In our communities, we invested in affordable coverage, food security, housing, disaster response, and public health. We kept advancing technology and advocating for the responsible use of artificial intelligence to help improve care experiences and convenience. We supported our workforce by providing career development, mental health resources, and labor-management collaboration. And through Risant Health, we continued extending the reach of value-based care to more communities.

Together, these efforts — supported by solid financial performance and continued investment in facilities, technology, and community health — reflect how we’re carrying our mission forward.
