Kaiser Permanente is the state’s largest nonprofit health care provider, proudly working to improve the lives and health of Colorado residents for more than 50 years.
We provide comprehensive health care services to 515,093 members through 33 medical offices and a network of affiliated hospitals and physicians. We invest the time, expertise, and resources of 6,823 Kaiser Permanente Colorado physicians and employees to focus on making the lives of our members and communities healthier. We’re committed to our social mission and, in 2022, we proudly invested nearly $100 million to improve the health of all Coloradans.
For many years, we’ve worked collaboratively with community organizations to assess the community’s health needs and resources. Our community health needs assessment is driven by a commitment to improve health equity. Our assessments place a heavy emphasis on how social needs — including structural racism, poverty, and lack of access to health-related resources such as affordable housing, healthy food, and transportation — affect the health of communities.
