Hundreds of nurses across Kaiser Permanente have been nominated by patients, families, and colleagues for making a difference in their lives.
The awards are organized by The DAISY Foundation.
DAISY Nurse Award
The award recognizes front-line staff for delivering compassionate care to patients and families.
2025 recipients:

DAISY Nurse Leader Award
This award shines a light on nurse managers, directors, educators, and assistant nurse managers who create an environment for compassionate, high-quality care delivery.

DAISY Team Award

DAISY Nurse Educator Award
This award honors nurse educators for the contributions they make to shaping future nurses.

DAISY Lifetime Achievement Award
This award recognizes nurses who devote more than 25 years to mentoring, role-modeling, advocating for patients, and promoting a positive image of nursing. Organizations partner with The DAISY Foundation to issue internal calls for nominations.
