Noel Baber is the interim president of Kaiser Foundation Health Plan of Georgia, Inc.
In this role, Baber oversees all aspects of the care delivery and health plan operations in Georgia. The Georgia region operates 27 medical offices and has 327,282 members.
Baber is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of finance and executive experience. He joined Kaiser Permanente in 2011 and held various leadership positions before assuming the role of vice president and chief financial officer in 2022. During his tenure he has supported growth and investment opportunities while leading significant financial improvement.
Prior to Kaiser Permanente, Baber held roles at McKesson Corporation in Alpharetta, Georgia, and worked both domestically and abroad for ThyssenKrupp AG and DaimlerChrysler.
Baber is involved with various community and philanthropic organizations, including YMCA and the Atlanta Community Food Bank and serves on the board of the Alpharetta Chamber of Commerce. In 2022, he was appointed by the Georgia state lieutenant governor to the Rare Disease Advisory Council, a 16-member council tasked with advising the Georgia General Assembly, as well as state agencies and departments, on the needs of people with rare diseases living in Georgia.
Baber earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance and international business from the University of Toledo, and a Master of Business Administration from Georgia State University. While earning his MBA, he studied at partner universities in Brazil and France. He is an alumnus of Kaiser Permanente’s Executive Leadership Program and was recently recognized by Georgia State University’s 40 Under 40 awards.
