Frozen bananas are a healthy and delicious homemade summer dessert. They’re easy to blend and create a tasty treat most people enjoy.

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe or over ripe bananas
  • 1/4 cup water or unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons of vanilla

Directions

  1. Peel bananas and cut crosswise into 1/2-inch slices. 
  2. Place in container and freeze. 
  3. Remove once frozen and put in high quality blender or food processor with liquid and vanilla. 
  4. Blend until light and airy consistency.
