Our 10 business resource groups support and empower our diverse employees and physicians as they achieve their goals, contribute their perspectives, and do their best work.

Empowering our people to build inclusion

To create a more inclusive, engaged, and psychologically safe workplace, we’ve introduced Belong@KP. This action-focused awareness and behavior change program helps our people recognize biases and gives them tools to think and act more inclusively. It also helps embed equitable practices into how we recruit, mentor, and retain diverse talent.
