Kaiser Permanente’s Redwood City service area includes most of San Mateo County and is served by the Redwood City Medical Center.
In addition to providing affordable health care and coverage for its members and patients, Kaiser Permanente engages the communities it serves with a variety of resources, including grants to address identified health needs, donations, sponsorships to support community partner events and activities, in-kind donations, and volunteers.

At Kaiser Permanente, we believe in using the full range of our organization’s assets to improve the health of the communities we serve. We regularly gather data and seek input from our community partners and members to inform our investments and to guide the development of strategies that can make long-term, sustainable change and improve health.
