We have arrived at a critical turning point in our negotiations with NUHW: The union’s leaders are calling for a strike. Clearly, the choices you must make now are important to you and those who depend on you, including your patients.
We respect and value the bargaining process and the role unions play in our organization. We ask that you please take a few moments to view this personal message to you about where we are today and our current proposal.
