BARGAINING UPDATE
Kaiser Permanente in Southern California and the National Union of Healthcare Workers resumed contract negotiations Tuesday, April 15, and Wednesday, April 16. Both parties spent time at the table and in our respective caucuses with our mediators, Mark Ghaly, MD, and Darrell Steinberg.
Although no agreements were reached over the last 2 days, we will continue our discussions on April 22, 2025.
We look forward to our next session with our continued goal to reach a fair agreement that benefits our employees, our members, and our patients.
