Kaiser Permanente facility resumes appointments on January 18, 2022.
HONOLULU — Kaiser Permanente Kahuku Clinic, located at 56-565 Kamehameha Highway, reopened for prescheduled appointments on January 18, 2022. The clinic was temporarily closed in March 2020 in an effort to proactively manage the COVID-19 public health emergency for members, providers, and staff. Kaiser Permanente is initiating a phased approach to restarting limited, nonurgent services at the Kahuku Clinic, while also maintaining strong preventive measures, including physical distancing, masking, disinfection protocols, and visitor limitations to continue providing high-quality care.
Prescheduled primary care appointments are available Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The clinic will be closed daily between noon and 1 p.m. and on weekends and holidays. Limited laboratory services will be available. No walk-in appointments will be available at this time. To schedule a primary care appointment, members may visit kp.org/appointments, use the KP mobile app, or call 808-432-2000 Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. TTY users, call 711. Virtual telehealth care is also available by signing on to kp.org or by using the KP mobile app.
