Tami Lamp is senior vice president and chief human resources officer for Kaiser Foundation Health Plan, Inc. and Hospitals. She has national responsibility for all human resources functions, including recruiting, learning and development, succession management, workplace safety and workforce well-being, compensation and benefits, and employee and labor relations. Additionally, Lamp shares responsibility for National Equity, Inclusion, and Diversity, and is responsible for the Equity, Inclusion, and Diversity workforce strategy.
Lamp brings more than 20 years of experience in global roles and multiple industries to her role at Kaiser Permanente. Lamp has held executive leadership positions at Icertis, Group Health, and Caradigm (a GE/Microsoft joint venture), and a variety of leadership roles with Microsoft Corporation, including joint venture integration, employee and management training and development, compensation and benefits, recruiting, and organizational development.
Lamp was raised just outside of Vancouver, British Columbia, and lives in Washington with her spouse and two daughters. Lamp has a master of industrial and labor relations degree from Cornell University, a master’s degree in aeronautical sciences and business administration from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, and a bachelor of science degree in aviation from the University of North Dakota.
