The mind and body are connected. You deserve care that supports your total health — mind, body, and spirit.
We’re dedicated to expanding our ability to provide high-quality mental health services to our members. One highlight: The recent opening of our new mental health medical offices in Hesperia, California, which provides services such as therapy, psychiatry, addiction medicine, and case management.
But we’re also reaching beyond our walls: Find Your Words, our English- and Spanish-language public health awareness effort, encourages people to break down the stigma that prevents us from talking about — and seeking care for — depression and other mental health conditions.
And we continue to invest in community efforts to tackle mental health issues. For example, we provided $60,000 to Mental Health America of Hawaii to help prevent bullying and youth suicide.
In Northern California, we invested $2 million in nonprofit organizations to develop training sessions, public forums, and awareness campaigns for local communities.
And in Southern California, we’re providing $6 million to support the work of 16 nonprofit groups to improve mental health and wellness in under-resourced communities.
