Here's another very simple Thanksgiving side dish. And you don't need to add a can of mushroom soup concentrate like I got when growing up. I steamed the beans rather than boiling them to help retain nutrients.
Mix the garlic, vinegar, and sesame oil. Steam the green beans in your steamer over a scant inch of water until crunchy tender --- 3-5 minutes. Toss with the dressing, season, and serve hot, cold, or at room temperature.
