Spicy cantaloupe

This is an easy dessert using the wonderful cantaloupe in season now. It takes almost no time and brings a little spice to the meal.

Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • 1 cantaloupe, chilled, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon yogurt to drizzle (optional)

Directions

  1. Simply sprinkle the cantaloupe pieces with chili powder and salt, sparingly, to taste.  
  2. Drizzle with a little yogurt if you wish.
