Spicy cantaloupe
This week’s recipe to share is an easy dessert using the wonderful cantaloupe in season now. It takes almost no time and brings a little spice to the meal.

Ingredients
- 1 cantaloupe, chilled, the edible portion cut into bite size pieces with a knife, spoon or a melon baller
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 Tablespoon yogurt to drizzle - optional
Directions
Simply sprinkle the cantaloupe pieces with chili powder and salt to taste. Use the salt very sparingly. Drizzle with a little yogurt if you wish.
