Pear and pomegranate salad
I am told that pomegranates will be in the market tomorrow. Thanks to all of you for your support of the market. The growers appreciate your business and like coming to our medical center.


Slit one pomegranate into pieces and extract the seeds. Halve and core 6 green-skinned pears. Cut into bite size pieces. Mix the pears with 3 Tbsp lime juice. Toss with 2 Tbsp chopped fresh tarragon and the pomegranate seeds.
