Kaiser Permanente and the Coalition of Kaiser Permanente Unions to bargain April 17, 2019.
Joint announcement from Kaiser Permanente and the Coalition of Kaiser Permanente Unions.
We are pleased to advise that bargaining between Kaiser Permanente and the Coalition of Kaiser Permanente Unions will be held on April 17 and 18 in Oakland. Using the interest-based bargaining process, bargaining will be held during multiple sessions over the coming weeks.
The interest-based bargaining process allows all parties to raise concerns, address challenges, and reach agreements. Through this process, representatives from Kaiser Permanente and the Coalition can work together to identify the most effective and efficient means of reaching a new Agreement, to take effect this year.
We look forward to the interest-based bargaining process that has served all parties so well in the past, and to the successful completion of a new Agreement that benefits Kaiser Permanente employees, and our members. We will continue to provide information about the progress of Coalition bargaining in the coming weeks.
