Kaiser Permanente Chase Gardens Medical Office is scheduled to begin serving patients in May 2020.
EUGENE, Ore. — Kaiser Permanente Northwest has selected an 18,697-square-foot office at Chase Gardens Medical Center to relocate and expand its Eugene Medical Office in May 2020.
“As we continue to grow in Lane County, this exciting step will enable us to offer an even more convenient, integrated health care experience,” said Ruth Williams-Brinkley, regional president for Kaiser Permanente of the Northwest.
“Since opening our medical office in 2016, we’ve gotten to know and participate in this community in meaningful ways. This new office, combined with our continued investments in areas of critical social need, like housing, advances our mission of improving the health of the communities we serve.”
The new Kaiser Permanente Chase Gardens Medical Office will be located at 360 S. Garden Way in Eugene, approximately 3 miles from its current downtown Eugene location.
All primary care and lab services currently located at Kaiser Permanente’s Downtown Eugene Medical Office will move to the new location. In addition, Kaiser Permanente Chase Gardens Medical Office will offer members a nurse treatment area, new imaging and pharmacy services, and additional on-site lab services.
“The promise of Kaiser Permanente is one of preventive, coordinated care that keeps you healthy, and the very latest in evidence-based treatment when you’re sick,” said Imelda Dacones, MD, president and CEO of Northwest Permanente. “Our new medical office will help us deliver on that promise, in part because we will have space to more fully integrate telehealth specialty care services.”
Kaiser Permanente opened its Downtown Eugene Medical Office, 100 W. 13th St., and Valley River Dental Office, 1011 Valley River Way, in January 2016.
Kaiser Permanente’s Downtown Eugene Medical Office will continue providing care and services to Lane County members until the new office opens in May 2020.
Kaiser Permanente’s Valley River Dental Office will continue to provide dental care at its current location.
