For the seventh consecutive year, the National Business Group on Health honored Kaiser Permanente for having one of the best workforce health and well-being programs in the nation.
Kaiser Permanente is among only 16 U.S. employers that received Platinum for the 2017 Best Employers for Healthy Lifestyles® award, presented at the NBGH Workforce Strategy Conference this week. This level is achieved for having a workforce well-being strategy with demonstrated results.
This marks the fourth year Kaiser Permanente has received NBGH’s highest honor in recognition of the dynamic and innovative workforce health and well-being programs, tools and resources it offers to support health and well-being of over 200,000 employees.
The National Business Group on Health is a non-profit association comprised of 425 large U.S. employers.
