HONOLULU – Kaiser Permanente has hired James Preusser as the new director of employee and labor relations for the Hawaii region. He will provide support and leadership in labor relations and employee relations, which encompasses workforce engagement, progressive bargaining strategies, contract negotiations and union matters.
